We want you to be completely satisfied with your fayzetra purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at fayzetrading@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
